Orders/Assignments

From turntable to kiln takes about 3 weeks, so delivery earlier than 3 weeks is simply not possible. Delivery times may vary due to busy periods or holidays. A 50% deposit is required for orders. Once the deposit has been received, production will start.

All ceramic objects are handmade with great care and attention from natural raw materials, so color and size may differ.

Workshops

A place in a workshop is reserved when payment or a deposit has been received. A confirmation of receipt will be sent once payment has been received.

The entire amount for a multi-day workshop must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the workshop. If this is not the case, Cindy has the right to cancel the registration for the workshop in question.

If Cindy cancels a workshop due to insufficient registrations or in the event of an emergency or illness, the full amount paid will be refunded. This can be done up to one day before the start of a workshop. A possible new date will then be looked at together and in consultation.

Dishwasher safe

All utility ceramics are dishwasher safe. Made of stoneware clay, fired in electric and gas ovens to a minimum of 1240 degrees.

Since each piece is shaped by hand, no piece is exactly the same. This gives the ceramic its special character.

Gift cards

Gift vouchers are sent or can be collected. Gift vouchers can be redeemed when purchasing products and for workshops. A gift voucher remains valid for one year from the date of purchase.

We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our users. We use the information we collect about you to process orders in our online shop and to send a newsletter several times a year. We will not sell any information that identifies you to third parties at all.

When you place an order, your personal information is secure and will not be shared with others. Payment information is completely secure.

A few times a year we can send you an email with news about workshops, new products or exhibitions. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please let us know immediately at and we will delete all personal information. You can also do this yourself via the link in our newsletter.
