Orders/Assignments

It usually takes 3 weeks to produce orders. From turntable to kiln takes about 3 weeks, so delivery earlier than 3 weeks simply does not exist. Due to crowds or holidays, the delivery time may be different. Always check in advance. A deposit of 50% is always requested for orders. When the deposit is received, the production will be processed.

All ceramic objects are handmade with great care and attention from natural raw materials, so colour and size may vary.

Workshops

A spot in a workshop is reserved when payment or a deposit is received. A receipt confirmation will be sent when payment is received.
The entire fee for a multi-day workshop must be paid 2 weeks before the workshop begins. If this is not the case, Cindy has the right to cancel the registration for that workshop.

When a workshop is canceled by Cindy due to insufficient registrations or in the event of an emergency or illness, the full amount paid will be returned. This is possible up to one week before the start of a workshop.

A new date will be suggested with mutual agreement.

Dishwasher safe

All ceramics are dishwasher safe. Made of stoneware clay, fired in electric and gas kilns to a minimum of 1240 degrees.

Since each piece is hand formed, no piece is exactly the same. This gives the ceramic its special character.

Gift cards

Gift vouchers can be ordered via this site or picked up in the studio. Gift vouchers can be used for products and workshops.

We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our users. We use the information we collect about you to process orders in our online shop and to send a newsletter a few times a year. We will not sell any information that identifies you to any third party.

When you place an order, your personal information is safe and will not be shared with others. Payment information is completely secure.

A few times a year we can send you an email with news about workshops, new products or exhibitions. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please let us know immediately at and we will delete all personal information. You can also do this yourself via the link in our newsletter.
